Added Compact and Repair under the Database menu item. In doing so a Progress bar for loading the Motor Tree was also added. Report Generator does not select any test results if Pass all tests is selected and the tests have temp status equal to "Tested". Took Temp off as a choice, it is not really a test so pass/fail has no meaning.
Also added a category for “Tested” in the status field and consider them as Passed for the selection filter.
